![]() Baby Talking Tattletail is afraid of the dark (and is quite vocal about it), creating a necessity to replenish the flashlight by shaking it quickly. The Player acquires a shake flashlight to navigate the house, but Mama Tattletail kills the player's flashlight when she starts patrolling, and whenever they look directly at her. Failure to do so will result in Mama attacking the player in a jumpscare, ending the game. While completing a set task, the player must avoid Mama by staying quiet when she is near (indicated by her mechanical grinding noises). ![]() While Baby Talking Tattletail doesn't directly harm the player, it is prone to generating a lot of noise, which alerts Mama Tattletail to the player's location (probably why he is called "Tattletail").
